Welcome to my Web site!  We have been in business for over 23 years within the 200 block of Bridge street in downtown Grand Ledge Michigan.  Starting out in the smallest building on the block for several years we soon outgrew it and moved across the street to the blue building  at 226 N. Bridge street for 12 years until we bought two buildings, including the one we started out in, back across the street between Preston's Bar and Myja's Restaurant.

 After the building purchase we soon opened again in our latest location located at 211 N. Bridge Street. During these years I have earned a photography degree in commercial / portrait photography and have over 25 awards.  I learned a lot when I worked part time at the local newspaper as both a darkroom technician and a photographer while also running the studio.  Eventually  I quit in order to run my studio as my main job.

 I average about 30 or so weddings a year while also providing additional services such as Senior, Couple, Baby, Children, and Family photography.  We photograph inside on location or in the studio and enjoy going to the Ledges to photograph outside or other locations.  We had a color lab in the studio until about 5 years ago when we quit using film which means I have seen more changes in the last 5 years than I have in my 25 years, and photography in general in 40 years.  Times are changing and we have been able to keep up with the challenges these changes bring..

 With the many changes in techniques it is still hard to believe the rate of change and the emerging new technologies that have been required additional education and equipment replacement to keep up with all the progress.  We usually have the latest equipment and are always watching for new things to implement at the studio.  This is an exciting time and I enjoy my work and working with people.
